Terms of Service

By accessing or using StreamPulse Studio (“StreamPulse”, “we”, “us”), including its Demo Mode, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use StreamPulse.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above; continuing to use StreamPulse after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use StreamPulse to analyze and plan content for channels you own or are authorized to manage. You agree not to:

• connect accounts you don't own or aren't authorized to access;
• copy, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer StreamPulse or its analysis methods;
• scrape the service, bypass its rate limits or security measures, or interfere with its operation;
• use StreamPulse for anything unlawful or in violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or end access to StreamPulse at any time, including if these Terms are violated. You can stop using StreamPulse and revoke its access to your accounts at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

StreamPulse uses YouTube API Services and the Twitch API. By connecting those accounts, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Twitch Terms of Service, and Google's use of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

When you publish or distribute content planned with StreamPulse, including clips cut for YouTube Shorts, TikTok or Instagram Reels, you are responsible for following each platform's terms, the YouTube Community Guidelines, the Twitch Community Guidelines, and the rights of anyone appearing in or owning material in your content.

StreamPulse is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, or Twitch.

The Copilot, hooks, titles, captions, hashtags and other packaging suggestions are generated with the help of AI and are provided as creative brainstorming aids. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to suggestions given to others.

• You own what you publish. StreamPulse claims no ownership of your content or of the suggestions you choose to use.
• You are responsible for what you publish. Review every suggestion before using it, and make sure the final content is accurate, original enough for your needs, and compliant with platform rules and the law.

StreamPulse's diagnostics, forecasts, health scores, release-day guidance and recommendations are analytical estimates based on data supplied by third-party platforms, which may be delayed, incomplete, or revised. They are guidance, not guarantees.

StreamPulse does not guarantee any particular number of subscribers, views, watch time, revenue, or algorithmic performance. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that StreamPulse will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available with every platform feature at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamPulse and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, audience, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, StreamPulse, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or StreamPulse will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for StreamPulse in the twelve months before the claim arose, or US $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived by law.
